It's absolutely normal for young girls to feel attracted to older guys, simply because boys and girls mature at different paces (I'm not talking of mind, although that can be the case too, and usually it is) and so older guys would look more attracting than the boys around your age. It's a virtually universal thing, nothing to be concerned about.
