A long time ago, in a galaxy long before CCTV, I was with a friend at a multi storey car park. We took the stairs to nearly the top of the carpark when my friend decided he really needed to pee.
At about 16 floors from ground level he peed at the top of the stairwell and I could see his piss going all the way to the levels far below. He was literally pissing himself laughing while he did this! I could also hear yelling from some pissed off guy down there no doubt getting pissed on.
Not long after the cops turned up and my buddy talked his way out of it by saying it was "just a couple 14 year old punks and we yelled at them to stop"
