I agree with BlackRoseVale, he either has serious problems or this is fake. If this isn't fake, he needs help with his sexual needs. Stalking girl's is just creepy. Jacking off is normal for a boy his age, but to do it in school? That's something that should be done in private. And, why the hell would he want to do his dog..?
