Alot of people suffer from the same problem. But not getting this problem under control could lead to some unhealthly and troubling paths down the road. Try slowly tranforming your snacks that appeal to you. If you like to snack on popcorn, then swtich to the lightly salted or plain flavored kind. Slowly moving yourself into healthly snacks makes it easier on yourself to stop this unhealthly habit. Also, if you like sweets. A healthly an yummy snack i have personally developed a liking for is Vanilla Yogurt Rasins, i think they taste like candy. They also come chocolate flavored, if you prefer that flavor instead.
