What do you mean his phone is closed? I would be slightly concerned about her not telling you she's seeing him, even if nothing is going on it suggests she doesn't see communication and honesty as important, which they most definitely are. I think you need to discuss this with her.
If a woman is doing something like this she isn't totally committed to you. You should probably be concerned if you're dumb enough to have an emotional attachment to her.
