Don't make your dad get into trouble.
If he makes you uncomfortable tell him to stop with the sexual/forced hugs. Do you have a good/bad relationship with him? The last thing you want is to ruin your parents relationship/your fathers life by outing him as an incestious pedo. This is not normal behavior, but it's not exactly abuse. If your mom ever breaks up with your dad, she might use this information to destroy his life. I would treathen your dad that if he doesnt stop you will tell your mom. But be careful, situations like this can get blown out of proportion.
