For men: do you routinely use a loofa sponge, a towel, a backscratcher or similar to remove the dead skin from your chest, back and other areas as you're taking a shower? How often do you do it? Please leave a comment saying exactly what you use. Thanks!

Sometimes I fall from my motorcycle. I guess I exfoliate between 0 and 7 times per year.
I'm not male, but I wanted to point out to all those males who don't think they exfoliate...
You do, every time you dry yourself off with a towel after you have a shower or bath, you are sloughing off a build up of dead skin cells. If you purposefully exfoliate with a loofa/scrubber while you are in the shower or bath, then you get less of that dead skin on your nice clean towel. :)
I kind of think it's a good thing that most men don't exfoliate. Using products can really fuck up your skin's natural processes.
