    I can do the rings one, it wasn't hard to learn, got it after a few weeks. I'd say it's normal, just like any other trick you can learn.

        Only 1/3 of smokers (supposedly) die from complications of smoking....pretty good odds, in my book. Less than many other things you can choose to do.
