MEDICAL REASONS
1. Unhygienic.
2. Painful
3. Physical damage to the anus area.
4. Receptive to STIs
PSYCHOLOGICAL REASONS
1. Forcing a male to be in an unnatural submissive role.
2. Anal sex is a FETISH. A LUST DRIVEN ACT. There is NO love or intimacy behind it.
1. Actually if performed correctly, it can be as clean as a vagina.
2. If it hurts, its being done wrong, and probably from something spawning from improper 1.
3.Its made to stretch to a certain degree, and if 1. and 2. are done improperly 3 is possible.
4. All sex can transmit STIs.

If your a gay male and don't like anal, that is fine. Maybe your a top and not a bottom. But this one sounds more like fear of the unknown, and poor researching in order to cast doubt and blame. Information is dangerous, especially if used in ignorance.
I completely agree with you. Everyone thinks that all gay men just love, love, LOVE anal sex. Trust me, you are not alone. Have you ever heard of frotting? It is safer and much more intimate. You should look it up. Hope this helps! :^)
Obviously if that's the only sex you can have then you're going to be inclined to have it more than once a week which is somewhat dangerous to anus strength over time.
