She needs to be talked to with her mother present. The real problem is when she will be away from the home and not around you guys. Some teenage boy would catch on very quickly that she is asking for it. In reality, she really has no idea and could be in real trouble and not know it till she gets her panties pulled down.
It's most likely that she learned a lot from her mother, and that could be a problem for you as well. Maybe her mother thinks it's cute or at least not harmful. Nothing could be further from the truth. Good luck.
