    There is a difference between progressing and using how we progressed for good and how we use it for bad. The human species have progressed, by far.
    The TV, the phone, the airoplane. All those things are progressions of our species. Technology is one, if not the greatest, thing about humanity.

    But, here are just a few good ones that you have benefited from. I could go on and on but I'm only going to do a few main ones.
    - House
    - Electricity
    - Heating
    - Ready made food (in stores)
    - Vehicles
    - Medicine
    - Music
    - Clothing

    Before the human race progressed, making societies etc, or life limit was about half of how long we live now.

    Don't blame the technology that is used for the actions man uses them for. That's like saying that the gun is responsible for the shooting.

      Yes but how have *we* progressed? Yes humans are smarter than in the the past, but I really don't see how we have progressed.

        We need intelligence to improve our technology, our intelligence is growing. Our morality may not of improved as much, but as a whole, the human species have progressed alot.
