How does one define "gender equality" when there are so many differences between the genders both in behavior and in attitudes towards approaching whatever life happens to throw at you?
Lawful rape certainly isn't something I would condone, neither is a woman's ability to call the cops after sex claiming rape occurred just because the guy decided a girl wasn't what he wanted to date or he just wanted sex. (Yup, I've SEEN it happen).
I'm sorry, but you have a very ignorant viewpoint as to how women actually behave in society. Giving indulgences to frenetic emotions and behaviors of any given woman is just ridiculous to do.
The modern woman wants "equality" how she defines in that given moment which is not something that can be done. It's completely unrealistic.
Gender equality is not about the differences in the sexes, but things like gender behavioral patterns may come from toddlers who (as boys) were not allowed to play with makeup or dress ups etc or (for girls) who were given toy ovens and dolls but not a toy motorbike or toy cars etc.
Behavioral gender issues are SO inbred within us, that most usually are not aware of these limitations that have been placed on us at a young age by others.
Gender equality in such areas as LGBT should be seen and learned about at a young age to avoid this common mistake held by many young (or older) moms and dads. Research suggests that helping and encouraging 3yo and 4yo children to accept differences as normal will allow the next generation to be more open and respectful to all people, no matter what their gender preference is.
Regarding lawful rape within marriage, yes that WAS the law back then. So I don't understand your point in accepting and not accepting at the same time? Anywhere before 1960, your guy mates would be stating 'I raped the bitch last night' with everyone cheering him on, since it was lawful to do so.
Regarding 'women's emotions' (as I keep in line to your paragraphs) actually the fact you state this shows your gender inequality and subsequently ignorance to what children are being taught today, being the opposite to your viewpoints.
The modern woman wants to be treated equally under the law within society, and you are against that? Wow.
I wouldn't ever condone rape as I can't myself understand how someone can be sexually aroused with a partner literally fighting them every step of the way.
The "modern" woman is still a woman who approaches situations differently than men do. The "modern" woman does NOT want to be treated equal within the law. What their behaviors are is wanting preferential treatment, i.e. their version of "equal" treatment when it benefits them, and than retreating back to being a woman (and the treatment that goes along with that) when the situation dictates there can be a benefit to doing that.
That isn't equal. As I said you have a very ignorant viewpoint and you disguise it with political correctness.
I'm still very concerned with what you're saying, so hopefully you don't give up too quickly.
I ACCEPT your 'findings' of the standard female who may revert back to womanhood away from the equality and political correctness as you say. I've seen it myself, the examples are abundant, no question about it, you can EVEN relate to physical sex, it is OBVIOUS.
BUT
I am stating (and THIS is continuously showing YOUR dense not mine, so it is difficult to get this through your head) I'm saying that this is simply learned behavior from a young age. Obviously related to things such as Daddy protecting his daughter but teaching his son to brave and fight. These things are learned, they are not natural. The ONLY natural part may be because the man's organ is outside his body he MAY have a tendency to control the female (1000's of years ago trait) because of his sexual 'ready state' that a female may pass off as moment of excitement within their own body.
Science has researched this area fully. Tests have been conducted so much so that society/science/politics is ready to implement equality behavioral learning in pre-schools (you may or may not be aware of this actual fact). THIS is happening NOW, due to the research and science of the matter. There is NO evidence (other than that organ issue of men) that females are different to men in society (law/politics whatever).
Therefore you must conclude you are wrong, at least with present confirmed research on the matter.
I was born in the wrong time period. Is it normal to think that?
