    Oh man, did you grow up catholic or something? I am 24 and watch every day probably jerk off 4-5 times a day and have barely missed a day since I was 13. Accept that you enjoy porn and masturbating and relax. In order for it to be an addiction it needs to interfere with your life, is it making you late for things? are you injuring yourself? If it is just an activity you like, then maybe it is more something you need to resolve internally. Generally people are meant to masturbate and enjoy it. I would recommend the youtube channel Ashley Elizabeth she has some great sex positive content and can put desires in perspective better than I can. At the end of the day it's your decision but please do not judge yourself for liking what you like. Best of luck to you

        lol guess it was a kneejerk thing to ask. Lots of guilt and sexual repression across all three abrahamic religions and most sects amongst them though imo, I guess environment plays a factor as well
