As much as I like a pale woman who wears some very thick black eyeliner, I decided to select eyeshadow, since eyeshadow can really do wonders for bringing out someone's eyes.

i recon eyeliner because girls can do some cool shit with eyeliner like the spikes that come from there eyes and shit i recon that looks fucking hot but thats just me i like "scene girls" specialy with blonde(white) hair :P but there not every boys cuppa tea

I like eyeliner on both women and men, not as a turn-on/sexual thing though.

Minimal eyeliner can look great. Even on guys it looks good (although it's not socially acceptable and people will make assumptions about your sexuality).
