    depends what girl you ask... ask my boss, she'll be rather shallow... ask my ex, she'll say personality...
    ask any woman a friend of mine has dated and they'll say anything but him.

    looks may make it past the first stage, then personal prefference of clothing and style... but all can fall down on personality...
