Depends on the girl.
Some girls go for looks but if your personality sucks and they stay with you, then you are probably not getting that quality of a wife.
That being said, I prefer lean and tall (between 5'10-6'+) or a sturdy athletic build around that height. Overly big muscles, like, the ones that make me think that all he gives a shit about is his appearance and has no other interests but being at the gym all day don't look good to me.

Go ahead and get toned but don't bulk up huge.
