    Thanks I just feel disgusting doing that, and I tried to keep busy but all my friends are doing somthing else! So I just sit in bed watching porn, ew

      That's the issue, though. There are many more things you can do by yourself than watch porn. Pick one that you find both constructive and enjoyable and roll with it.
