The oldest is 13 and totally immature. No signs of puberty, 75 lbs, doesn't care how he dresses and is still on a bath schedule like the younger two. He has no modesty either. The threat of a spanking gets more of a response then taking away his games or a grounding.
Is this normal?
Its completely normal for him to have not hit puberty yet. Some people don't develop until theyre 18 even.
Have you tried talking to him and telling him how you feel about his behaviour? Instead of bitching behind his back?

Some people don't go through puberty until they're sixteen. Give the kid a break. His life sounds hard enough having a parent like you.
U don't sound like a mother at all...what mother would speak so ill of their child.
Your son maybe somewhat immature---I think you would do well to engage him in conversations--let him know you care what he thinks--his opinions etc---compliment him on positive points Since he seems to think of spankings as a younger boy might---he may not really need to be spanked-----I got paddled on my bare butt at 14 aqnd 15--and it did not make a big difference----but i did not do the same with my own sons--as I just did not like spanking them----Your son needs more in terms of relationship than a spanking
Mines 12 not much to say got to tell him to bath every day just remember your the adult and you set what happen in the house threats are not always good talking to my boy gets good responce out of him.
