Depressed people often don't wanna be a "dang" to other "happy" people.
Maybe try to counter that by asking her for her help or opinion on a "problem" (real or plausible fake) to help #1 shake her out of her own worries with yours
And #2 it be a test to see how she reacts, maybe give u an idea how to help if that didn't work
