I would say that people probably view you as "dull" and don't call it maturity at all. Also just because someone parties and drinks, that doesn't mean they're "immature" it's their own style of living though maybe not neccisarlily yours. They simply want to have fun. (Which is a good outlook to have at 19) be yourself but also don't forget that you will find someone you classify as "mature" in time. Have fun while you're young though and don't be afraid to have an open mind while being cautious along the way. Best of luck :)
