21 year old virgin with no friends and no social skills, is it normal?

Little background on me:

I'm 21 years old, almost 22.

I have never had a girlfriend, kissed a female, or had any physical contact in fact with a female (apart from mother obviously). To make this worse I've never being friends with a female either.

I've currently also got no friends what so ever and it's being like this for a few years.

To top it off, I have low self esteem, some social anxiety and pretty much little to no social skills.

I almost forgot, I also still sometimes get pimples and have moderate acne scarring. I'm also a bit hairy around my body and do consider myself to be ugly. I think that others also think I am ugly.

Considering all that I've said, would you say this is normal, or am I completely doomed?
