Weight-loss journey continues. Used to be over 300lbs in the past. Opinions?

  • Depends how much of it is fat and how much is muscle mass. If don't work out, then you might be a bit chubby, but if you work out - you're normal.

  • Numbers don’t matter trust me on that.. I work in the medical field and see numbers I could and could not believe lol I’m one of those guys myself. I’m 235 and a little under 10% body fat.. I’m only 5-11 so according to the “charts” , I am obese lol then I’ll see a patient who is 200 pounds and about 6-1 and has a jelly belly and absolutely no definition.. at the end of the day , do you like the way you look and feel? That’s all that matters.

  • The average man that height in my area is about 230 so you'd be skinny here, but world wide you're on the upper end of normal (on the edge of slightly over weight)

  • If you're losing weight and getting healthier then you're doing good no matter the transformation. Keep it up! Keep telling yourself that you're not done yet, keep it going! :)

      • It also depends on your frame and the size of your legs. If you naturally have tree trunk legs you will look skinnier up top but weigh alot

  • Im 6'2 and at 205 I am pretty damned skinny. I get over to 230+ before I start looking chubby.
