This is very normal. It has happend to me too and it doesn't mean he is less atracted to you. Just because he gets a boner from someone other than you does not mean that you have to get worried or upset. In fact, you would be a really cold person to be upset at your boyfriend for getting a boner from someone other than you. It happens to guys all the time. When I was 13 or so, I got an erection just from being in my underwear in the doctors office. Then when it came time for him to pull my underwear down, I was so embarassed as my penis was sticking straight up. The doctor said it was normal for men to get erections ata young age, even when not feeling aroused. Best to the two of you.
