32 days clean and still have physical pain

So i have been clean for 32 days of oxycodone and physical pain appeared out of nowhere.. for the first 2/3 weeks i was starting to feel pretty normal besides rapid heart beat but even that went down a lot and now i'm starting to have foot pain! arthritis like pain and every time i get up to use the washroom or something. my toes and upper right foot hurts and my heal on the other foot hurt and iv'e started to feel this pain when i was addicted 3/4 months ago and now its back when i'm clean? am i getting arthritis? or am i still recovering and going through that whole "PAWS" thing?

IIN?!?! please tell me! i'd hate to go back on painkillers.

You are most likely going through post acute withdrawals. Just because you are 32 day clean off of oxy does not mean you are completely out of the woods. Depending on how long you were dependent on oxycodone will give you a good idea of the PAWS. Just stay clean and you should keep noticing improvement. You might still feel "off" for a fews months after you got clean. That is your body and brain adjusting to not having the drug..

I was on for about almost 2 years or so? but will advil extra strength (liquid-gel) be bad for the recovery and withdrawal? its the only thing i'm taking for pain and i only started taking it for a week now.

because once i got off oxy i felt fine i was at the mental state and even that wasn't bad as time went on but all of a sudden the pain just hit so i started taking advil.

Kratom helps with withdrawals and pain just don't take it regularly so you don't go through withdrawals from that too. They say the high is similar but I find it completely different and I don't like it at all so you shouldn't want to abuse it
