  • Seriously if you want to lose weight start with daily exercise and EAT HEALTHY! Most of the time when people gain weight it is because they do not excercise and are consuming mass amounts of food that are bad for you.
    If you make a concious effort to learn what is healthy for you start eating that way and make sure to get daily exercise I promice you will lose weight. I went down 4 sizes using just this.
    If you try to do a "quick fix" diet you will still be unhealthy, probably give your body perminant damage and chances are you will just gain the weight back again after the diet is over.
