  • Omg, I know how important it is to lose weight and look good (I've been struggling for years), but you must eat something! Even if it's an apple a day or something! Seriously, water does not have the nutrients you need to survive! This could make you really sick and weak. Yes, I agree that you should drink LOTS of water, but please eat something as well - like I said, low in fat, high in fibre. I would definitely cut out all junk food, and maybe even meat... but you should eat viggies and fruit! You need them to stay alive. Good luck! I hope this helps you. Also, you should remember it's not just about dieting, but also getting the proper amount of exercise... and possibly trying suppliments, like Hydroxicut (it sure helped me!) Again, good luck :)
