  • Have you ever heard that you can only live for "3 minutes without air, 3 days without water, and weeks without food." i know that you are only saying 20 days without food, not the whole 21 days...but thats really cutting it close dont you think? Not to mention that ive heard that if you dont eat, after a couple of days your body freaks out and you actually can gain weight. and you plan on working out while you are doing this, but where are you gonna get that energy from? i suggest that you work out, and eat healthy food. such as fruits and vegetables. just dont eat junk food for a week and cut back on your calorie intake. but not too much. you need energy for working out and such. some vegetables, such as celery, actually use up more calories to digest than the amount of calories in the actual vegetable itself!
