31 and just now feeling sexual urges??

Ok when i was younger in my teens i never really had sexual urges, i always wondered why all of my friends would talk about sex and how good it was...and it never really bothered me, my husband and i would have sex maybe once a week.....well now all that has changed im 31 and all i think about is having sex with my husband although he has NO complaints now we are haveing sex almost every day, im wondering why am i just now feeling this....its like all my teen years are catching up with me

Is It Normal?

    I'd say normal. Everyone goes through different mental stages throughout their lives. And they all happen at different times than they happen to others. It may have been that you were concentrating on other things during your earlier years, and now that you are content with your husband you are discovering your sexual self. It all depends on your individual experiences and what shaped you to be the way you are.
