I haven't seen any overflowing hospitals or people dropping dead in the street like we were seeing videos of from china in march.
Im not on a political side in this, I don't accept this is a serious disease though based off what I see out in the world while avoiding the news.
What do you think would be a victory condition here? My condition to a return to "normal" is going to a full packed standing room concert. I'll even accept that kind of thing is a bad idea right now, so what's the actual goal we need to meet for this to be a possibility? If a vaccine won't allow this to happen, what's next? Cause this started as a 2 week pause of everyones job to set up hospital space.
We wont return to normal if people like you wont stop being so stubborn. At this point the world should treat america as a plague dont trade or travel to it because its clear its population will never listen to reason. Sucks for the reasonable Americans but maybe they should find a way to get the nutjobs out of government. I am planning on leaving this country maybe I might even head back to south africa even with all the shit that is going on there at least the government is taking the virus seriously.

But back to the point, what am I doing? The virus will go away if only I "take it seriously enough?" You get listed as a covid death if you get hit by a bus within 28 days of a positive covid test. The death rate for covid by age mirrors the odds of dying within a year by age. Obesity is allegedly a major contributing factor in younger deaths, why are fast food places not being closed to "save lives?"
