I don't know if it's normal but I havethe same exact prblem, and also plug my ears and sometimes it helps me get over it! Thought I was the only one

Definitely check w/ a doctor. Not meaning to scare you but it can be a sign of diabetes or pititary dysfunction.

of course it is normal! That's a BMI of like 24, average is around 22-25. Quit being so hard on yourself. (I'm 5'7 and 150)

You guys need to quit diagnosing strangers. You should talk to someone about this. I hope you have access to a counselor?
