I'm 46 and live with my 49 y. o. boyfriend and 23 y.o. disabled son and our 8 house-cats. I work in the sick-care industry as a home health aide. I have no friends and no social life as I don't drink, smoke, or use drugs like everyone else around me does.
Boyfriend is a "salt" addict and I don't think he really loves me anymore cause his first love is always the drug. We've been together four years.

I think it depends on HOW MUCH of it you are drinking. I slice cold butter and eat it like cheese but usually just a tablespoon at a time once a day or every other day.
