I have nightmares every night
It's because of stress! If yu don't talk to someone and let it out it will get worse! I struggle with the same thing very badly

Is it normal to think about cutting when I hear anything ...
Yes it's normal! I struggle with cutting and when something triggers me to want to do it again I do! I have gone months without but then little things trigger me to do it again
