Come up with more creative ways to deal with the lonelies. Perhaps ones that don't involve self loathing + female inmates.

Someone needs a nap. I doubt they think they're "the only one." Asking the question includes other people in an otherwise self-centered statement.

Maybe think of ways to cope with the feeling of being trapped (besides ending the relationship or pushing your partner away) A relationship should still allow you freedom to do the things you love....
