I haven’t been in a relationship for over a year. When I’m in a bad state I do stupid things. Just saying “well don’t get back with your ex” doesn’t help.

I know I should but it is hard. He’s my best friend, we talk all the time, he knows everything about me. I feel if I wasn’t so messed up he may like me.

My risk is if I try to get over him I think I may run back to my ex, who is still into me, and I can’t let that happen.
