I actually get scared when its completely silent even in the day. In the night i cant go to sleep unless there is some nose like the ceiling fan.

I sometimes do that but i dont notice it after a while... but i think its pretty normal.

Scared of phone ringing
I also get scared with sudden loud noises or sudden things. I get the feeling of a heart attack or something like that... after that i feel dizzy and tired. But its just for a while
