I do it too. I shout in a quite strange voice "Shut up you stupid bitch", even though I haven't said anything, or yank my hair and growl to take the bad thoughts away. I reckon it's normal to do it...

It's really interesting and poetic, like great artists of music or novels throughout history. You sound like you have a beautiful spirit :)
