May be I drink coffee some morning not all the time but did that day on a empty stomach

I will try that but not today maybe tomorrow to see what might happen..I work out m-f never had that problem .., .

Don't smoke but that night I was around people who smoke

No other health issue,,I forgot to add I did drink a cup of strong coffee then got on the bike.
